VOIP is one of those things that you find either liberating or truly frustrating to get started with or getting used to.
If you have Vonage phone service which is basically a souped up VOIP service and have come across glitches with installation with routers, equipment or anything else you can think of to go wrong then this forum especially for Vonage users is the answer for you.
Sometimes you even get to know of things that many people might not, like on this Vonage Feature thread of the forum a member finds out from customer service that they have plans to announce a cell phone package sometime in March 2007 and offer cell phones that have Vonage VOIP service. That would be interesting now wouldn't it.
