The Ultimate Gift – Movie

If you're into books and have read "The Ultimate Gift" then you will be looking forward to the upcoming release of the movie of the same name.

The marketing behind the movie is something new that I haven't previously seen myself for mainstream Hollywood type advertising. The Weekend of Giving as they are calling it will be on March 9th, 10th and 11th and will have opening screenings, $1.00 of every ticket purchased for the movie will be donated to the cause of your choice. So they are encouraging you to bring along your friends, family, neighbors, office colleagues, school mates and anybody else you can bring in on the movement to go watch the movie and raise money for the charity that you support the most.

This is the official site of the movie "The Ultimate Gift" and the grass-roots movement its starting to help charities and give to others.

The movie itself is about the decisions one has to make to determine what is most important in your life: money or happiness.

The author of the book is Jim Stovall, who has overcome blindness to become a national champion Olympic weightlifter, entrepreneur and author among many other credentials.

Inspirational movies like this are really nice to watch once in a while after all the repetitive jargon that Hollywood pumps out. Watch a small video clip of the movie below.

The movie stars Abigail Breslin from “Little Miss Sunshine”, Drew Fuller, James Garner, Ali Hills, Bill Cobbs and Brian Dennehy.
