I liked the idea of the digital frame, yet it is not as good as the good-old photo-frames. The digital frame does not last forever. It is subjected to battery life, dropping on the floor, or wipeout of the memory inside as a result. I would go for paper back photographs, anytime.
Most people with digital cameras don’t get their pictures in paper form for a long time, and unless viewed on computer they remain out of sight. Digital Photo frames are a great option for the digital camera users since they can display so many pictures in a single frame.
All I can say is don’t expect ANY customer service from these guys…. don’t expect a quick response to any communication with them, don’t expect your frame to arrive in perfect condition (or on time for that matter), and certainly DO NOT expect Digital Framez to anything about it when you complain to them… and then you won’t be dissapointed.
