This popped into my email a while back. Cellblock extends Real-Time Mobile Blogging Widget to the Desktop
Cellblock has just posted a breakthrough release, extending the scope of its real-time, collaborative mobile photo and video blogging widget to the desktop space. With just a few clicks, anyone can download a cellblock to their desktop for viewing or to upload content. To upload content, someone simply drags & drops photos and videos onto the desktop widget and it instantly updates, everywhere - on every desktop and on every website it's embedded.
Anyone can attach these Cellblock Desktop Widgets to emails - meaning you can now have a single 150K attachment that displays an unlimited amount of photo and video content, streamed in real-time from cellblock.com. This attachment acts as a dynamic content container, that is instantly updatable and never out of synch, no matter where it is being viewed or when it was downloaded.
Some of their distinguishing features, it's Fast - post photos and videos withing seconds, it's Fluid - embeddable widgets can be put on websites, desktops or sent in emails, it's Alive - content can be added after creation, even by people who've never heard of the service.
The nice things I picked out are that you can specify upload permission to certain group of people so that inappropriate content doesn't get shown. It's kind of like twitter and flickr got together and had a baby. Read more on why they are different.
Give it a try, cell block.com.
