Building relationships with his users, trying to make the most out his growth and more he has been documenting how he did so on his blog.
You can really learn quite a lot from people like him who share all this valuable information that they have spent years, countless late nights and hours figuring out for themselves by trial and error as to what works and what doesn't. His In The Beginning category has some great articles about how to get started with your own forum, if you are looking into setting up your own or already have one.

I think his blog is a great resource and so I chose to review it, being owner of various web domains and forums myself I could easily learn a lot from him.
