Did you do nothing today? Did you do nothing yesterday? Brilliant!
Sometimes I do nothing as well and use my time to the fullest for it. Now when I mean "nothing" it usually means that I'm not "working" - in the real literal meaning of it. So that would mean I was either reading something, learning something or spending quality time with family. That's my definition of nothing.
Doing nothing is nothing to be ashamed of, in fact I would say it is downright necessary. Only from doing nothing do we gather the energy, inspiration and drive to do "something". Just make sure that when you are doing nothing you really are doing NOTHING. Trying to think up a project in the middle of a family outing is doing something and that gets in the way of your "nothing time".

This is a nice blue image of nothing...
My nothing time is usually filled with a lot of stuff that gives me the relaxation I need to be more productive in my "something" time. It may be slightly confusing for some to understand this. But for those who run their own shift, are their own boss and walk their walk will know exactly what I'm talking about.
Getting away from it all and doing nothing is probably the only way that something will ever get accomplished.
You get it?
