If you blog, or do any kind of business activity online, there’s a good chance you are running Google Adsense. If you haven’t taken the pain to place a privacy policy on your site then it’s about time that you do.
They announced it quite some time back but I haven’t had the time to place one myself on this blog. So now I have, you can read my privacy policy here.
If you are feeling all editorial go ahead and think up one of your own. If you’re like me and just want to move on with life then simply head on over to Jensense and copy her writeup.
It’s that simple. It is also necessary if you don’t want Google to create a fit over a small thing like that when it comes time to paying you. I’m sure you wouldn’t like that, right?

I have a privacy policy built in to my about page. I never figured out how to suppress pages in my current theme.

Thanks for the tip Hyder. I recently started a blog and plan to put adsense on shortly. I would have missed the privacy policy so thanks for pointing it out.

I finally got around to implementing my privacy policy after a nudge from Andy Beard, about the new UK Consumer Protection Unfair Trading Regulations, this is something a lot more people need to adopt in the not too distant future!
