The previous headline of this article was provocative, an inspired lift off from something else. It sounded fiery, offensive, debatable even and sure to garner attention. But it also did not sound like me. It’s something I would never have said in real life to anyone {well I would, if they asked}, so I ended up deleting it and instead wrote this post.
I’ve written many posts, and rants, in the past that I usually tend to save for a later day as drafts. A lot of these drafts get deleted never to see the light of day. Nowadays, I’m future publishing all my posts, this has helped me get a clearer perspective of how I say things and exactly what I want to say. I don’t really regret not posting them, because I know when the stuff I write just sounds…well, not all thought out.
So am I saying I write stupid things every now and then? Well let me ask you, Who doesn’t? Some of the stuff you see in the bookstores can really boggle your mind. Let’s give credit to Hollywood, and all the other “woods” out there, for all the nonsense they somehow just can’t seem to stop from seeping out into the theaters and our living room.
I’m not perfect, and I can assure neither is anyone. Think before you leap, Edit before you post.

I think thats right. I usually save the rant posts for a few days, edit to my hearts content and then post them….This helps a lot since I am usually a very impulsive person

Yeah, something many people forget is once something has been published and is out on the web, it’s pretty difficult to have it removed.
The lesson to be learnt? - Think and read over things VERY carefully before you publish something, especially when it’s a strong opinion on someone or something
