I’m happy to announce that Weborithm, my web design and development company, has launched WP Auctions Gold v2.0 of our auctions plugin for WordPress. It’s been quite a while in the making and this release is feature packed, with many bug fixes from our v1.0 release.
Some of the new features include -
- Upload multiple images for each auction
- Sell items only on ‘Buy It Now’ basis
- Sell items with a ‘Buy it Now’ price
- Show your auctions in a list, rather than graphical, format
- Include link to your eBay feedback if you have any
- 5 free styles packaged with the theme
- Use on as many blogs as you like
Improvements to the plugin included adding one of those rotating Ajaxy type icons for when the data is loading in the popup. Better performance and validation in the backend area of the plugin. Overall a lot of tweaks to make sure it runs as it is supposed to.
It’s nice to know that some people are taking well to our styles from our style store, I’ll be releasing more graphic based ones in the near future. So watch out for that.
Also, since this version is not free I’ve set up an affiliate program for the plugin. You get 40% of all sales, an email will be sent for each sale originating from your website. Each month’s earnings will be paid via PayPal within 15 days of month end.
If you are looking to customize your plugin with your very own style, please visit the styles page for more details.
Plus, we’ve got some really nice surprises in the making for users of this plugin. More on that later though, for now I’m just super happy about this release and look forward to seeing what you will be selling.
You can use the below 125 banner to promote the plugin if you like, along with your affiliate link so you can make some money as well -

A BIG SHOUT OUT to my developer Owen Cutajar. You ROCK!
