Dentists Do It Too…

blogging I mean.

My latest auction review winner is Chetan Bhavani who runs The WWW Blog. Now even though Chetan is studying to be a dentist his busy schedule hasn’t stopped him from getting into the world of blogging with random folk like us who do it because…well, because we can!

The WWW Blog is mostly about applications specific to Apple’s computers, sharing his own personal blogging adventure and random stuff on software, SEO and more. The blog uses a magazine style theme, I’m not a huge fan of any of the magazine styles currently in circulation, and the header is appealing without taking up too much space. I’m sure with some more customizations in place he could truly personalize his blog.

The content is engaging which invariably leads you to stick around for a little longer to see what else you can read and learn from Chetan. Some of the more interesting posts I found were -

His community of readers seem to be an engaging bunch as well. Most of his latest posts had well over a dozen comments. Which means he must be doing something right. I’m pretty sure his relaxed tone and perhaps the liberal use of smiley’s in all of his posts probably adds more personality to the post.

You might have heard from other people that you should smile when you answer your phone, because the other person can “hear” that too. I’m pretty sure the use of smiley’s give the reader the feeling that Chetan is constantly smiling at them, seems to be working for him.
