Best Of EverybodyGoTo - 2007

This was my first full year of blogging and I’ve learned so much and made some really great online friends. But there is still much more to learn, and do. I hope to continue sharing a lot more here in the coming year. This year is going to be big for me since I’m making moves to becoming a full fledged internet entrepreneur.

But first, here are some stats reflecting on the year gone.

• Posts - I’ve written approx. 753 posts in 2007. I had written only 115 posts from June ‘06 - December ‘06. That’s a big increase in posting. I think I’m comfortable with the frequency of posting. One thing I would like to do more in 2008 is to get a bit more analytical, along with doing follow up posting of discussions I start.
• Comments - There were around 2000+ comments said here in 2007. That works out to around 3 comments per post on average. Not bad, not that great either. Need my community to come out of their closets and interact more here, right?
• Subscribers - I started the year off with around 10 subscribers, I think. Ending with a count above 500 is not bad, though it did climb to 597 at one point in October. I’m satisfied with the growth, but I know I could do better.
• Design - I’ve gone through 2 design changes this year. I quite like my own design and plan on sticking with it for quite some time.

Now for the best of the best from my archives. I’ve limited it to 2 - 3 posts per month so I don’t bore you all too much.

So, that wraps up this year. I’ll be posting a few more articles before I get ready to travel again in the New Year for a design job. Yep, my web design company is taking me all the way to Dubai!
