As a developer I&#039;m always swapping files back and forth with people and if I&#039;m using Flash (for instance) and they have the same version of Flash then I expect the process to be pretty smooth.  Now if we started having multiple versions of the same software - all with completely different (or missing) configurations/components, the whole process could get ugly.
