This platform has been around for some time, I know a few bloggers who use the network and they seem to be doing good with them. AdVolcano lets you sell advertising space on your blog or website for a price that you are allowed to set.
You can also set the sizes and formats for the ads and for providing the service to you AdVolcano takes a 25% cut of the ad price. A lot of flexibility is given to the publisher as you are allowed to screen your advertisers before you accept them, which means you can choose on topic advertisers for your blog and not some random stuff that might show up in the case of PPC ads. The only thing though is they issue checks for payment and don’t have a paypal option yet, perhaps they will soon. But for the favorable options it offers to a publisher that is a small hurdle to overcome.
Registration is free, so sign up with AdVolcano here and begin selling ads on your blog. The advantage you have here is that they already have a pool of advertisers so getting your first Ad sale could only mean a matter of time.

I have tried many times to get into text-link-ads and for some reason they won’t accept my blog. Hopefully this will work.

Various Ad selling companies are coming everyday.
But Most of the companies give preference to Pay for click programs. Whereas webmaster has to look for pay per impressions also.
Because now a days sites are growing explosively, but only the site that contains good content, will retain the customers.
So the sites contains overcrowded Ads , will loose the customers.
