Living Life in The Fast Lane

Now if there’s one thing that I would love to experience is the feel of air blowing through my hair at a 100 miles in a Porsche Boxster. But so far I guess I’ll have to suffice at looking at a screensaver whiz past my desktop, or a wallpaper for now. VCARS has sponsored* this review of their Used Cars website.

From the outset though, you’re thinking why am I talking about wallpapers and screensavers when they have a whole site full of cool cars? Simple actually, so you can download them and use them on your desktop and the next time you think “car”? You think of VCARS. Of course I’m also going to talk about the site in general.

I wrote about them earlier as well here and I actually had the wallpaper on my computer desktop for quite some time. This time though it’s the Porsche that’s their focus. They have some recent news on their site about the new Porsche 911 Turbo, which offers sporty performance along with economical fuel consumption. They have more content on there and not just about Porsche’s but many more makes of cars. A car fanatic would probably lose them self in there.

The screensaver is actually kind of cool, though again I wish they didn’t use only blue toned cars, it shows the time and a calendar along with rotating pictures of the cars. From the wallpaper section I like the Boxster the best, my wife likes the Porsche Cayenne, figures - a “family” Porsche car.
