The Blogging Belly

As more people end up making money online with blogging and related internet activities, is it becoming the new way to get a more prominent abdominal profile?

I myself have had to buy new pants and jeans as I don’t fit in my older ones, I’m reversing the process now to get my old size back with exercise and a balanced diet. The most significant change happened in the past 6 - 12 months, about the same time I went full time into blogging and freelancing.

This prompted me to write about this, because if people start gaining weight because they blog too much…well, that’s just silly then. It’s not like if we don’t blog about each and every single thing that happens in our lives, or around the web, that our readers will miss something. I don’t bother checking all the RSS feeds that I’m subscribed to multiple times a day. Getting online activities organized really helps in this regard.

As it is the human race is getting fatter in the the developed world as we get more technology on our hands to makes our lives easier, even though the same technology is being used to make better exercise equipment. Today though people seem to love getting up to play a video game, thanks to the Nintendo Wii. But as a lot of us move from the usual 9 - 5 over to a virtual and online workspace the drive to push ourselves harder to overcome competition makes the beginners spend more time sitting at a desk and chair.

Blogging is one of the most lucrative ways to generate income thanks to the ease of setting a blog up. Just make sure that you don’t end up with a blogging belly that will widen you up faster than you normally would. Blogging is fun, but don’t let it get obsessive to a point where you are caught doing it for more hours than humanly possible. Like my previous post where I said to get up and take a holiday once in a while, it’s also advisable to get up and take a walk, run, swim or the very least a 15 min. workout once a day.

Have you experienced a weight gain since you started blogging? If so, how are you planning on losing weight?
