A Book A Day, Can Keep The Web Away

I spend way too much time in front of my computer for my own good sake. But that’s the price I pay for a being a freelancer. But the best part is I’m always learning something new from the internet by reading other people and informational websites. Though one thing that I’ve not done enough of recently is read a book, offline. Yes, there is apparently a whole world off the internet too, who knew?

Membership plans start at $9.99 per month and with over 88,000 titles, from the classics to new releases to browse over, you can be sure you will find something to read. The shipping is free both ways, have to love that, and as soon as you ship something back the next item in your queue is sent out to you.

They have been covered by many media channels and even have a whole section dedicated to Oprah’s Picks from her book club. The categories are immense and any avid book reader will probably lose themselves browsing their collection. I’ve always wanted to catch up on reading, being a family man I can see the benefit of starting off now so the habit rubs off on my kids as well. Just need to hide my comic collection from them, they’ll get their time for that

The service is offered only in the U.S though, so if you’re reading this from outside the U.S you might want to look for a similar service like this in your own country, I’m pretty sure there is one for every major internet market. If all else fails there’s always the library, but you would actually have to go out for that! {No, I’m not kidding}
