Technorati’s New Design

I'm not a big fan of that rolling marquee on the top, but overall the new design is supposed to provide a streamlined interface for a simplified experience.

Oh! and now it's Zillions of photos, videos, blogs and more not measly millions anymore.

Dave Sifry says that the world is changing and so should web services. Now whenever you perform a search you no longer need to jump from search keywords, tag or the blog directory instead just the hottest and freshest content is given to you from across the web including blogs, posts, photos, videos, podcasts, events and more.

Power users can now go to s.technorati.com and do just what they need to do i.e search in an uncluttered interface. Also some improvements have been made to WTF and Favorites to be more useful than they previously were.

Take a looksee around and see for yourself.
