bcToolkit is a management tool that will let you get an overview of time reports and project status if you use Basecamp.

bcToolkit grew from a tool that we built as a management aid. We love basecamp and it has helped us enormously but we occasionally needed to get an overview of time reports and project status.

Using the Basecamp API they have built the tool and are taking applications for a closed beta test they hope to launch soon.
