FlickrCash is a new site that is creating quite some buzz for itself. No doubt that Flickr is one of the most popular online photo sharing site with some great photographers that are part of it.
So in comes FlickrCash and they want to make sure that the people who want to sell images can do so to the ones who want to buy them. So I registered myself to give it a spin and see what it can do for me.
On the outset the site does load a bit slow, the layout itself is very nice though with the thought in mind to let the user see as many thumbnails as possible in their browser window.
So after activation of my account I searched for flowers, yeah I know I could have looked for beach sunsets, soon after my screen was bursting with pollen and I could feel a sneeze coming on. Here look for yourself, Purple Flowers - found by FlickrCash.
Dragging and dropping the pictures to my lightbox was easy, you can then save your lightbox and embed it using the generated script. You can click on each and every image and a License It box will show up next to it for you to go ahead and license the picture.
Currently they are in beta, but they will be going out of it pretty soon. The best part is those that have registered can always maintain their free status as new people that sign up will have to shell out a monthly subscription.
I hope they fix the bugs that are in their beta stage right now, because when I went to get the code for the lightbox it inadvertently logged me out. This is the lightbox I created have a look and use it if you want.
Go ahead sign up for FlickrCash, it’s Free…for now.

so you like that checkbox that lets them spam you? haha.
