Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo – Anime Hero with Super Nose Hairs

This has to be the funniest commercial break I’ve taken. Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo { try saying that 3 times fast , coherently } is an Anime movie made by Illumitton which is airing on a TV channel that my kid will watch once he hits puberty Cartoon Network { he’s 5 }.

So what’s the story about? Well there is an evil gang led by Czar Baldy Bald known as the Hair Hunt and they hunt down everybody who has hair and shave it off. But thankfully Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo is there to save the day with the fur that grows on his body to his super retractable nose and armpit hairs that can whip you. He is the official protector of the hair…err peace.

I was treated to some sneak previews of the episodes by the advertiser and they looked absolutely hilarious. You see a snap of Baldy Bald there. They are selling the DVD, so Check out the Official Website! for that information.

Apparently there was some furor raised over the “dubtitles” in the movie and requests for Japanese subtitles were made. So for those of you who may be interested or bought a DVD prior to this you get a replacement.

Some of the things I noticed in the few minutes I saw in the Anime clips is the weirdness factor of this cartoon. It is truly bizarre with animated boogers, cross dressing and more such antiques that will just leave you laughing no matter how nutty it may seem to you.
