Customer Relationships Matter

I am a publisher with Text-Link-Ads and recently an advertiser as well. It was quite a surprise to receive a letter { via post } from them about my purchase, even though the letter was persuading me to extend my business with them.

Yes, the signature is printed on Yes, the text is pre-formatted but it still did take time and effort to put it together - even if everyone gets the same exact thing.

When something like this comes your way you can only respect the people behind the company further. If you own an online store or a popular blog and take advertising dollars, sending out a letter to extend business-client relationships is vital to growth.
