That’s the one thing Technorati has the most off. Which makes them the perfect candidate to set up their own blog advertising network or simply just start a marketplace within itself for advertisers and bloggers alike to connect and boom! Goodbye all those other networks mentioned above.

They are in the perfect place and the timing couldn’t be better. With some of the above networks trying to woo high profile bloggers to become exclusive bloggers with a minimum set payment per month (this is exclusive information by the way) now is a great time for technorati to jump in.

Why are they doing this? Simply because these high profile bloggers can drive other bloggers to them which in turn would attract more advertisers to their platform. This is something technorati doesn’t have to worry about as all the bloggers are already there!

So if technorati sets this marketplace up they will have virtually monopolized the entire online blog advertising network in a ping - literally!

With millions upon millions of blogs in the network they would become the de-facto resource for a company looking to garner the power of all these blogs for pushing any product they have.

Also a technorati ad network is a good idea where bloggers could place their ad space for sale. Since they already rank blogs based on links and show a blogs Alexa ranking right beside the blog profile all the statistics are there.

Now all they need is a marketplace.
