A new venture out of UK is enabling property owners to make money on empty garages, driveways and car parks by simply allowing them to park their car for a fee. Who would’ve thought your empty driveway could make you money.

It’s such a simple but yet very useful idea. Think about it, if you know you have a house that is close to a busy area or own some land that is simply let people park their for a convenience on a one time, short-term or long term basis.

I know a service like this would skyrocket in the U.S, some homeowners in the U.K are presumably earning £5,500 a year ($11,000 approx.). Obviously it must be a big deal to Find parking where you need it most and when you do it is usually far away or you end up getting stuck. Here the convenience factor is huge as you always know that the spot will be available. For example drivers on their way to a train station, hospital or sports stadium might need your parking spot for a quick entry and exit.
