If any of you haven’t been to ReviewMe.com the much loved at launch pay to blog review site you should have a look at their blog entry just for kicks.

They have not posted any new blog entry since November of last year plus at present there are more than 30 spam comments on their last entry which in fact was cleaned up from the 50 or so they had a month ago on there.

Now either something has gone terribly wrong with their management as they have not made any efforts at advertising themselves in the media, while PayPerPost is doing road shows with monster trucks (though I particularly didn’t like the gimmick…but oh well who am I to complain)

On the other hand they have finally updated their algorithm and a review on my site goes for $60 now up from the $40 it used to be. So Yay! there. But the sad part is that I have not been approached once yet for a review by any advertiser going through them.

In other paid to blog news, PayPerPost has done a huge upgrade to their system. They are now in beta 3.1638, whatever that means. Changes include a new Firefox plugin that is like a toolbar actually and it lets you login with one click, shows you random blogs that are part of the network and how much money you have made. Plus if you like a site you can suggest to the peeps over at PPP that you would like to blog about this. So I guess they then send their marketing people over and get them to sign up. Which is a novel idea I think. The plugin also shows you how money much you been paid. Bloggers gotta eat too you know.

There have been some good opps coming in the system by various advertisers which keeps everybody healthy, so that’s good. If you would like to sign up use the below link and you’ll be rocking in no time.

The other changes are a new rating system where advertisers can rate you and you get a tack score, mine is 4 out of 5 so that means the advertisers like me Plus more affiliate tools and a cleaner looking UI in the blogger opportunity page.
