Yoosi is a new mashup page, where you can add your favourite sites and view the latest content. You can also see your email from Hotmail, Yahoo and Gmail. Yoosi is pronounced “You See” because it’s exactly what you experience at Yoosi.com Your 100% Customizable Command Central! One page, Stuff that Matters to You.

You can add RSS or Atom feeds from your favourite sites and see them as content is added. The usual that you come to expect from start pages includes latest headlines from the top news agencies, the biggest social sites like del.icio.us, community news sites like slashdot, digg and others.

You can also add something to Yoosi Gallery yourself with Yoosi “Create +” you can easily create a PLUS and share it with the world. You can truly personalize your Yoosi account with the “My PLUS”. A “My PLUS” is a PLUS you create and add it to your account alone or share it with friends.

How will it do? You See (Yoosi) the net is just getting crowded with these startup pages and everybody with half a VC, or even without, is starting up a ‘Web 2.0′ site. How you attract and keep your users is all up to how the site wants to promote it’s site. Yoosi does have some nice features with the interface being almost like Live clean and uncluttered. Except that Live limits the amount of items displayed per ‘box’. With Yoosi too there are limited items displayed but those scroll bars may just start to annoy you after a while.

I think they might have a chance at making an impact…sometime at least.
